Class Description
Class I Class I Organizations are those community organizations which are supported by voluntary contributions of the people and whose purposes parallel those of the schools. Class I organizations include, but are not limited to: PTA organizations, YMCA/YWCA groups, civic associations, scouting organizations, curricular and extracurricular student organizations, youth athletic teams, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that have been approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax exempt, charitable and/or educational organization, the state and its governmental subdivisions, etc. Class I Organizations will only be charged a Building Occupancy Fee when the facility is not normally staffed by a member of the custodial department. Please note: Theater Management Fees may be applicable to Class I Organizations depending on the needs of your facility use
Class II Class II organizations are those Approved groups who are not included in Class I.

Additional Group Information

External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.

For external organizations using our facilities, they have to provide an insurance certificate naming the School District as an additional insured representing a policy providing limits of (a) a minimum of $250,000.00, each occurrence - $500,000.00 aggregate bodily injury liability; $100,000.00 each occurrence - $250,000.00 aggregate for property damage liability or (b) $500,000.00 single limit of liability.
